The Compendium of Cultural Policies and Trends is currently seeking qualified cultural policy experts to update and maintain the national cultural policy profiles for the United Kingdom, Denmark and create a first national cultural policy profile for Iceland.
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with a vibrant international community of professionals, contribute to a well-established knowledge platform, and help shape the discourse around cultural policy in Europe and beyond.
What the Role Involves

Researching and updating national cultural policy content in collaboration with the Compendium Coordinator

Incorporating data from diverse sources, including government reports, academic research, and public discourse

Participating in expert meetings and contributing to ongoing methodological and thematic discussions
What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in cultural policy research (national and/or international)

High-level proficiency in written and spoken English
-
Availability for occasional travel and participation in online collaboration
-
Strong analytical, editorial, and communication skills

Ability to liaise with national cultural authorities and institutions
