As the cultural and creative sectors continue to evolve, the professional status and working conditions of artists remain at the forefront of European policy debates. On 7 May 2026 (14:00–15:30 CEST), ENCATC will host an online Think Tank to tackle these pressing issues head-on.
Bridging Policy and Practice This session, titled “Redefining Status and Working Conditions: Policies and Realities for Europe’s Artists and Creative Professionals,” is designed as a systems-oriented conversation. It aims to bridge the gap between high-level policy frameworks and the everyday realities of those working in the field. Key themes will include:
