Join us at the German Federal Cultural Policy Congress (Kulturpolitischer Bundeskongress) for an insightful forum addressing this critical question:
“How to keep cultural (policy) networks working in challenging times?”
As a biennial platform organised by the Kulturpolitische Gesellschaft and the Federal Agency for Civic Education (bpb), the congress connects stakeholders from the arts, culture, politics, education, and academia.
Under its current overarching theme, “Wi(e)der die Wut” (Against the Anger), it focuses heavily on strengthening democratic values, fostering resilience against authoritarianism, and promoting active dialogue.
It offers participants a diverse programme with a wide range of forums, discussion spaces, and best-practice examples to collaboratively develop innovative solutions for cultural policy and practice.ย
As political uncertainties grow, cooperation across borders becomes more vital than ever. Together with three experts from different European perspectives, we will explore how cultural collaboration can endure, maintain dialogue, foster trust, and uphold democratic values.
