The Moldavian profile was first prepared by Valeria Grosu and updated by Groso until 2010.

Director of the Center for Cultural Policies, PhD in sociology, university lecturer. Author of over 30 research articles in the field of cultural policies, published in Moldova and abroad. Author and co-author of 4 books. Areas of scientific interest – cultural policies, arts management, strategic planning for cultural organizations

He has been working in the field for about 30 years. In the period 1994-1997 director of the "Luceafărul" theater in Chisinau, 1998-2001 - director of the "Eugene Ionesco" theater, from 2002 - director of the Center for Cultural Policies, from 2014 - university lecturer at the Academy of Music, Theater and Fine Arts in Chisinau.

Among the important events managed are the "Eugene Ionesco" International Theater Biennale (1997 and 1999 editions), Festival of puppet theaters "Under Guguta's hat" (1998 and 2000 editions), International scientific and practical conferences "Innovative cultural policies for Moldova" (2018, 2019),  projects for reforming the activity of culture houses  "ZOOM on the culture houses" (2016), ”Meetings in Moldova at HOME” (2022) and other.
