Jeanne Hubertine Siat studied theology at the catholic theology faculty of Strasbourg where she received her Masters degree.

From 1995 to 2002 Jeanne Siat organized conferences at the Institute of Political Sciences in Strasbourg and since 1994 she is lecturer for history of religions at the University of Strasbourg.

Her teaching engagement and her research work led her to produce several historical and religious publications.
